Senthil Kumar Natarajan, Chief Technology Officer
Sen has more than 15 years of experience in architecting and building scalable, robust, commercially viable enterprise software. Sen was previously Director of Product Development and a member of the management team at Bravura Technologies providing technical and business leadership. Prior to Bravura, Sen was Chief Architect at Talisma, where he successfully led the transition of Talisma's product line for Small and Medium businesses to Enterprise class businesses.

Ravi Kittu, Director of Market Development
Ravi has over 14 years of experience in business management and marketing, taking technology solutions to market in both developed and emerging markets. Prior to Pengala, Ravi had served as Director of Marketing at Aditi Technologies, a leader in outsourced product development that serves global software businesses. At Aditi, he had led global marketing and product management, building new practices, creating a differentiated play, growing customer base, improved pricing and profitability, and driving better value to customers. He had also led Aditi's global alliance with Microsoft. Prior to Aditi, Ravi had been a product manager with Talisma, a global CRM.

Prakash Channagiri, Director of Program Management
Deeply passionate about education space, Prakash joined the Pengala team in June 2010. As Director of Program Management, Prakash oversees all aspects of defining and delivering the Pengala product. Prior to Pengala, Prakash spent 13 years at Microsoft, most recently as a Program Manager providing technical and business leadership in the Zune team. Prakash is an expert in the areas of multimedia and digital media and has worked extensively at the platform level and on a variety of consumer electronic products. Prakash holds a Masters of Science in Computer Science from the University of Washington.

Adam Taylor, Founder
Adam co-founded Pengala Learning Private Limited after retiring from Microsoft in 2008. He spent nearly 18-years in a variety of leadership positions, including senior roles in the Windows division, the Server & Tools Division, MSN and the Unlimited Potential Group. Adam has significant international experience including in country roles (Japan & Australia) as well as deep exposure to emerging markets (India, China, Latin America & Central/Eastern Europe).

Adam was previously General Manager of Microsoft's Unlimited Potential Group, managing a portfolio of 16 diverse products & service incubations, driving cross company efforts to reach a billion new customers in emerging markets. Prior to this role, Adam was the Business & Market­ing Officer of Microsoft Japan, managing product management and marketing for a $5B+ subsidiary. Adam's Microsoft career focus has been on business development, marketing, product management and joint venture relationships. Prior to his career at Microsoft, Adam spent 6-years in startup and small business.

Will Poole, Founder & Board of Directors
Will is an independent Social-Technologist, supporting ICT for Development projects and startups, and promoting Creative Capitalism. He is co-chairman of NComputing, which has shipped more than 2.5 million units WW, 75% of which are deployed in schools, and all of which use up to 90% less energy than conventional PCs. He co-chairs Pengala, helping change the way India learns; and Volt Boats, revolutionizing personal boating with green electric technology. Will was previously corporate VP of the Unlimited Potential Group at Microsoft, co-leading efforts to bring social and economic opportunity to the “next billion”. Will also ran Microsoft’s Windows Client business, and headed up New Media Platforms and other internet and digital media groups.

Will joined Microsoft in 1996 with the acquisition of eShop, an internet e-commerce pioneer which he co-founded in 1991. Before that, he spent five years in marketing and engineering roles at Sun Microsystems. Will received a degree in Computer Science from Brown University in 1983.

Pradeep Singh, Founder & Board of Directors
Pradeep Singh founded Aditi Technologies in 1994 after nine years in various management posi­tions at Microsoft, including General Manager of the Windows 95 mobile services group. He is also the founder of Talisma, a CRM software product company. Pradeep previously held engineering and marketing positions at Texas Instruments and McKinsey & Company.

Since founding Aditi, his focus has been on building world-class products and teams for software businesses worldwide. Among other honors, Pradeep has received IIT Delhi's Distinguished Alumni Service Award (2006) and has been recognized as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum (Davos). He also serves as an Advisory Board Member of Grameen Technology Foundation.
